DESCRIPTION:The speaker will be Clan Hay Archivist Alan Hay and the subject
  is&nbsp\;Delgatie and its lairds.&nbsp\; In the course of the next 45 min
 utes or so I will look at the history and architecture of Delgatie Castle\
 , this splendid Aberdeenshire tower house\, which has been in Hay hands fo
 r most of the last 600 years\, passing through three branches of Clan Hay\
 , and now functioning as the Clan Hay Centre.&nbsp\; Alan will examine the
  history of the six families that have owned the property (Fraser\, Garden
  of Troup\, the Earls of Fife\, Grant-Duff of Eden\, and Ainslie\, as well
  as the Hays) and the influence each of them had on the development of the
  castle and its surrounding lands and barony.\n&nbsp\;\nIf you would like
