The Clan Hay Society's lecture series for the first half of 2024 has now been finalised. We have fabulous speakers and talks on a wide variety of subjects:

On Saturday 17 February, 7.00 pm, author, historian and biographer Flora Fraser will deliver a lecture on "Pretty Young Rebel" - The life of Flora Macdonald.

On Saturday 16 March, 7.00 pm, lawyer, historian, musician, folkorist and Doric language campaigner, our own Gordon Hay will deliver a lecture on 'The Scots Leid'.

On Saturday 13 April, 7.00 pm, laird and Chieftain Alexander Hay of Duns will deliver a lecture on Duns Castle and the Hays of Drumelzier.

On Saturday18 May, 7.00 pm, retired soldier and oil industry executive turned historian and Clan Hay stalwart, Angus Hay will deliver a lecture on Mary Queen of Scots.
