INFERNO – 200 YEARS BATTLE OF WATERLOO REMEMBRANCE SHOW

                                    WARTERLOO 18 JUNE 2015.

Clan Hay Pipe Band were thrilled to have been asked, as a Scottish Clan Band, to participate in the show INFERNO. Weeks of preparation led up to it beforehand, with rehearsals of original pieces by the Pipers of the armies of William of Orange and the Duke of Wellington which were played during the Battle of Waterloo.
From 14^th June  2015 the Pipers went every day to the rehearsal in Waterloo. A feat when you consider that our Pipers are not professional Pipers. On June 18 at 10.30 pm  they entered the final rehearsal for the spectacular show INFERNO. The Clan Hay Pipe Band were interviewed by several television and radio stations. Their performance was outstanding led by Chev. Philippe Vervoort- Personal Piper to the Earl of Erroll - Lord High Constable of Scotland – Chief of Clan Hay. Once again congratulations to the entire Clan Hay Pipe band and their families who always support  the adventures of this unique Pipe Band.

Clan Hay Pipe band is gevraagd geworden om deel te nemen als Schotse Clan Band deel te nemen aan de show INFERNO . Weken voorbereiding gingen hieraan vooraf , met repetities van originele stukken die de Pipers van de legers van Willem van Oranje en de Hertog van Wellington speelden tijdens de Slag van Waterloo.

Vanaf 14 juni 2015 gingen de Pipers ieder dag naar de repetitie in Waterloo. Een huzarenstuk als men weet dat alle Pipers geen professionele Pipers zijn. Op 18 juni , kwam dan de laatste repetitive met om 22.30uur de spectaculaire show INFERNO. De Clan Hay Pipe Band  werd geïnterviewed door verschillende televisie- en radiostations. Hun performance was outstanding onder leiding van Chev. Philippe Vervoort- Personal Piper to the Earl of Erroll – Lord High Constable of Scotland – Chief Clan HAY – Sir Merlin HAY. Nogmaals felicitaties aan de hele Clan Hay Pipe band en hun familie, die altijd meeleven met de avonturen van deze unieke Pipe Band.

Le Clan Hay Pipe Band  a été invité à participer en tant que Band  écossais de Clan à participer au show d’ouverture  INFERNO. Des semaines de préparation et de répétitions ont précédé cet événement grandiose, avec des répétitions de musiques originales des cornemuses des armées de Guillaume d'Orange et le duc de Wellington joué lors de la bataille de Waterloo.
A partir du 14 Juin, 2015, les Pipers allaient  tous les jours à la répétition, à Waterloo. Un exploit quand on sait que tous les Pipers ne sont pas Pipers professionnels. Le 18 Juin, venait alors encore une répétition générale avec à partir de 22.30uur le spectacle spectaculaire INFERNO . Clan Hay Pipe Band a été interviewé par plusieurs stations de télévision et de radio. Leur performance a été remarquablement  menée  par Chev. Philippe Vervoort- Personal Piper au Lord d’Erroll – Lord High Constable of Scotland - Chef du clan HAY – Sir Merlin HAY.
